Kettlebell Russian Twist
A weighted rotational core exercise using a kettlebell to add resistance.
Equipment: Kettlebell
How to do it
- 1Sit with knees bent and lean your torso back slightly, holding a kettlebell with both hands at your chest.
- 2Rotate your torso to move the kettlebell to one side, then to the other.
- 3Keep the movement controlled, driving the rotation from your core.
Common mistakes
- Using a kettlebell too heavy to control, causing you to lose form.
- Moving quickly instead of controlling the rotation.
