Dealing with an injury or soreness?

Check any muscle groups you want to skip for now — we'll build your workout around the rest. This isn't medical advice — for an actual injury, check with a doctor or physical therapist. See exercise swaps for a sensitive shoulder, knee, or back.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the workout plan?

The workout plan builds a full weekly training schedule across several days. This tool skips all of that and gives you one workout, right now, for whatever you feel like training today.

Why do I get different exercises each time I click Shuffle?

Selection is randomized on purpose, so hitting Shuffle again gives you a genuinely different session instead of the same list reshuffled. It still balances muscles sensibly within your chosen focus and mixes in accessory movements where they make sense, rather than picking completely at random.

Can I focus on just one muscle instead of a full push, pull, or leg day?

Yes. Pick any specific muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, or core) instead of a broader movement pattern, and you'll get a workout built around just that muscle. You can also select more than one muscle at once, like Chest and Shoulders while skipping a sore Triceps, and the workout will be built from just the muscles you picked.

Does this track my progress over time?

No. This tool doesn't save anything between visits, so there's no history or progression tracking here. If you want a structured plan to follow and build on over weeks, use the workout plan tool instead.
