How does GetFitArchitect build your plan?

Most workout tools start by asking about your goal, then hand you a plan that assumes you own a fully equipped gym. GetFitArchitect starts with what you actually own, so every exercise in your plan is one you can do today.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you have

Your equipment, your goal, your experience level, and how much time you actually get each week.

  2. 2

Get a plan built around it

No generic templates. Your plan is assembled from exercises that match the equipment sitting in your garage or gym.

  3. 3

    Train with a clear structure

Know exactly what to do each session, and why, instead of guessing your way through a workout.

Frequently asked questions

What is GetFitArchitect?

GetFitArchitect is a set of free workout tools, a workout plan builder, a split finder, an exercise database, and a set of fitness calculators, that all start from the equipment you actually own instead of assuming you have access to a fully equipped gym.

Do I need to create an account to use it?

No. Every tool works immediately with no sign-up, no email address, and no app to download. Build a plan, close the tab, come back whenever you want and build another one.

Is everything on this site actually free?

Yes, every tool here is free to use, with no catch and no account required.

Is the workout plan random, or is there real logic behind it?

There's real logic behind it, not randomness. Every plan follows a fixed set of rules based on your equipment, goal, experience level, and schedule, the same kind of decisions a coach would walk through when building you a plan by hand. Your equipment narrows down which exercises are even possible, your experience level filters out anything too advanced, and your goal sets the rep ranges and rest periods, so nothing in your plan is arbitrary.

Who is GetFitArchitect actually built for?

Anyone training with less than a full commercial gym setup: complete beginners who don't know where to start, lifters in the middle of building out a home gym who no longer have everything they used to train with, and anyone who wants a solid plan without having to learn programming themselves first.
