Workout plan
Tell us what equipment you have, your goal, and your schedule, and we'll build a full weekly workout plan from exercises you can actually do, not a generic template that assumes a fully equipped gym.
How does the workout plan tool work?
- 1
Select your equipment
Check off whatever you have, from a full barbell setup down to nothing but bodyweight. Nothing gets recommended that you can't actually do.
- 2
Set your goal and schedule
Pick your training goal, experience level, how many days you can train, and how long your sessions usually run.
- 3
Get your weekly plan
You'll get a full week broken down by day, with exercises, sets, reps, and rest built from your answers.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't have any equipment?
Leave the equipment section blank and you'll still get a complete plan built entirely from bodyweight exercises, covering push, pull, legs, and core movements.
Why does my plan only show a few exercises some days?
The generator only selects exercises you can actually perform with the equipment you checked. If you own limited equipment, some days will have fewer options; adding more equipment unlocks more variety.
Does my experience level change which exercises I get?
Yes. Beginners see exercises with low technical demand and injury risk. Intermediate lifters unlock more of the exercise pool, and advanced lifters get access to the full pool, including higher-skill movements like deficit deadlifts and weighted pull-ups.
Can I run this plan long-term?
This gives you a solid starting template. As you progress, you'll want to adjust weights, add exercises, and periodically change your plan, which is normal for any long-term training approach.
